No Pobre TV. Sgt. John Paul Quezada (Dolphy) gets Col. Macanto (Babalu) through a series of unfortunate events. Sgt. Quezada is then moved to the homicide department and is partnered to crazy, rash policeman Larry Lopez (Lito Lapid). Madness ensues.
